These prices are based on the standard size. Additional delivery charges will apply for extremely large sized gift packages, and this may not automatically be calculated at checkout, depending on the gift package chosen. We will contact you to discuss further courier charges if applicable.
Delivery discounts will apply to large orders (including to multiple addresses) which will result in considerable savings, please contact us directly for more details.
Please note that for destinations 3-6 the gifts are packaged securely in quality outer boxes with enough labelling to ensure safe arrival.

We have chosen our courier service with great care and while every measure is taken to ensure that the gift package is received in the superb condition it left gifts2remember, once the gift package has left our premises, this is beyond our control and therefore not our responsibility. However, if the gift is received in excessively damaged condition we will assess each circumstance with care. We would then replace it within 24 hours of return of the original gift (including weekends).
If no-one is home and the courier deems the address unsafe to leave the package, a calling card will be left in the mail box and the recipient has up to 5 days to arrange collection.
If the recipient’s address details are incorrect or insufficient, this will result in a delay in delivery. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle the customer to a refund or cancellation of the order. If re-direction of the gift is required, this will result in a re-direction fee charged to the customer.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform gifts2remember if the gift package is not delivered. We will then trace the package with our courier service and inform you of the outcome within 24 hours of you notifying us.
Recipients must be aged 18 or over to receive gift packages containing alcohol. This is the responsibility of the customer. If there is any doubt, the courier may ask for appropriate identification.
In extremely busy peak periods (like Christmas) further delays may be experienced due to such high volumes of freight carried by the couriers, so please ensure that you order your gift baskets and hampers in plenty of time.
