Warrego Wines

Queensland liquor laws state that we are allowed to supply up to two litres of alcohol per gift hamper.  Alcohol is not to be sent to persons under 18 years of age.

In keeping with Australian made, we have decided to support a local Queensland winery - Warrego Wines.  Warrego Wines is a modern winery near the historic township of Marburg, part of one of Queensland's newest wine regions - The Scenic Rim.

The winery provides spectacular views of the beautiful mountains nearby and a selection of some of Queensland's finest wines. Warrego Wines is a modern winery near the historic township of Marburg, part of one of Queensland's newest wine regions - The Scenic Rim.

Warrego Wines offers visitors the chance to taste and buy award-winning wines in our cellar door, to take a guided tour of our modern winemaking facility, and to dine in pleasant surroundings with friends and family. While you are here, why not try your hand at a game of boules (bocci) or croquet.

Part proceeds from every bottle we sell goes to the Australian Koala Foundation to plant koala food trees and to foster orphaned koalas. Planting these trees helps to reduce our carbon footprint here at the winery.

Warrego Wines is located approximately half way between Brisbane and Toowoomba along the Warrego Highway only 15 minutes west of Ipswich.

Just 45 minutes from Brisbane and 50 minutes from Toowoomba, Warrego Wines is the gateway to the vineyards of the Scenic Rim, Stanthorpe, Darling Downs and the South Burnett Wine districts.
