Terms and Conditions – summary
  1. When making a purchase from gifts2remember you acknowledge and undertake that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
  2. Gift packages will remain the property of gifts2remember and will not be dispatched until payment is received in full, unless prior arrangements have been made.
  3. All prices include GST and are subject to change without prior notice.
  4. Prices do not include delivery. Please see Delivery in our Customer Service section for the full list of delivery charges and terms and conditions.
  5. Once a gift has left our premises we do not accept cancellations under any circumstances.
  6. We strive to meet all delivery requests, but you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle cancellation of the order.
  7. Most deliveries will be made during business hours and no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
  8. Any information provided by our customers is treated with the utmost respect and privacy. gifts2remember will not sell or disclose any customer information to a third party.
  9. Customer information supplied to gifts2remember will only be used for the purposes of advising our valued customers of specials, promotions, upcoming events and email newsletters.
  10. All products on the website are subject to availability. However, in the event of a product being out of stock, we will substitute a similar product to the same or higher value.
  11. Styles and types of containers may vary, however we guarantee all our products and containers are of an extremely high standard.
  12. While every effort is made to fulfill your requirements, due to circumstances beyond our control, this may not always be possible (with regard to courier deliveries and products described on the website).
  13. All information, including gift package names and photographs contained on this website are subject to copyright and are therefore the property of gifts2remember and not available for publication or reproduction.
