Frequently asked questions

Please find below a list of commonly asked questions. If you have any further questions that you would like answered, then please just give us a call on 1300 796 596 or send us an email service@gifts2remember.com.au and we will endeavour to give you an answer as soon as we can.
 

Can I create my own gift package?

Yes of course you can. All the gift packages at gifts2remember are individually created once you have placed your order so you can change or add products to these creations as you like. Underneath each gift package are just a few suggestions for you to add something to your package.

Alternatively you can choose all your own items from the wide range of products we stock, just complete a special request form listing the products you would like and we will email you with a total price.

If you would like something special in the gift package that we do not stock, please let us know and we will endeavour to source it for you.

 

What if you run out of a product?

At gifts2remember we pride ourselves on only sourcing and using top quality products, all of which have been tried and tested by our staff and families (some items multiple times!). So if we are temporarily out of stock of an item, we will substitute a similar item of equal or higher value but quality will never be compromised.
 

Will my personal details be forwarded to other parties?

No, your personal details that you have supplied to us in confidence will not be passed on or sold to other parties. Your details are used for gifts2remember purposes only.
 

What is your refund policy?

Because we pride ourselves on providing top quality products, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the actual quality of the gifts, please phone us to discuss the matter and once we have received the original gift package, we will replace the goods within 24 hours (not including weekends or public holidays). This doesn’t include people’s personal dislike of flavours, colour, etc…

If the gift package is excessively damaged upon delivery, we will individually assess each enquiry. For further details on this, please refer to the Delivery section.
 

Sale of liquor

Gift packages containing alcohol will only be sent to recipients aged 18 and over. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the recipient is aged 18 or over. This is a requirement of the Liquor Control Act 1988. The courier may ask for appropriate evidence before handing over the gift package. Liquor license number 46106203.
 

Is it safe to give you my credit card details on-line?

Yes. You can order on-line with the peace of mind that our site is fully secure. You can safely shop without sharing your financial information. It is free to use – no additional fees for you, our valued customer. 
 

Does the price include GST?

Yes all our prices include GST and are quoted in Australian dollars.

If I am purchasing outside Australia, how can I find out how much it will cost me?

There is a currency calculator on the website. This will convert the Australian dollars to your local currency. This is an approximate cost and daily rates will fluctuate slightly.

 

What if no-one home when the gift is delivered?

The courier will make a decision if the address is safe to leave the gift package or not. If the courier deems it unsafe, they will leave a calling card in the mail box and the recipient has up to 5 days to organise collection of the gift package.
 

I gave you the wrong address

If gifts2remember has been supplied the wrong address and this results in a re-direction charge, this charge will be passed to you. Please see the Delivery section for further explanation of this.
 

Do you offer discounts?

Yes we offer a bulk discount price for large orders. Please contact us directly for more details regarding this.

We are also in the process of establishing a loyalty points programme for our frequent buyers. You will be advised of this development via our email newsletters.
 

My recipient has allergy problems?

Because Jill (gifts2remember’s creator) is allergic to all nuts, we are extremely aware of allergic reactions people have to different products. Please notify us in the customer notes if you know that your recipient is allergic to anything in particular and we will substitute products if necessary.
 

What are the security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card details?

Security capabilities: This field denotes what encryption method (128-bit SSL or higher) is being used.  It should also contain a description of the storage facilities if customers are set up on a batching/recurring transaction (Gateway Providers can supply this information).
