Hi, my name is Jill Buckingham. I am the founder and owner/operator of gifts2remember, a boutique gift store located in the premium designer lifestyle centre at Spring Lake Metro in the award winning master planned community Springfield Lakes, just 25 minutes drive from the Brisbane CBD.

Background
I am a hands-on owner and work in the store myself, as well as having the invaluable help of friends and family when times get busy. I have been in the gift giving business for over 12 years now so have extensive knowledge and experience in creating beautiful gift packages for every occasion. Because I work in the store, I have listened over the years to what customers want, what they are after when it comes to special gifts and what they expect from a unique gift store. This invaluable information helps me when doing buying at the gift fairs and when sourcing new product lines.
Why gifts2remember is different
I have worked hard to source the very best gifts and products available in Australia that are only sold in a limited number of stores. Many gift lines are exclusive to gifts2remember.
I pride myself on selling high quality gifts that are not found everywhere, providing outstanding customer service, having an extensive product knowledge and giving great attention to detail to make each gift unique. By using only the finest ribbons, bows and trimmings, I can assure you that the gift packages I create are beautifully presented to create that "wow" factor when received.
I have an enormous passion for creating exquisite gifts to suit the occasion and get so much pleasure when a customer phones me to say that the gift was wonderfully received. That's a reward that makes it all worth while.
A lot of businesses like to be able to continue the branding of their company colours right through to include the gifts they give to their most valued clients and customers. I will endeavour to match your company colours in the gift package presentations if you wish.
If you can't find an appropriate gift package on the website, I am more than happy to create something special to suit both the giver and the receiver. A large portion of the business is based on this.

There will be more and less expensive gift hamper companies around, but the products I use are guaranteed not to be found in supermarkets and to be used by every other hamper company. I do not put weird and wonderful products (like pickled eggs!) in the hampers, but just try to source products that are a bit more unusual, not so "common". The prices do not reflect this.
I guarantee to give the personal touch to every gift I create because I believe the recipients should receive the “wow” factor as well as a stunning gift. Each gift package is accompanied by a complimentary gift card hand written in a calligraphy pen with your personalised message.
I promise to answer every phone call within a few rings and guarantee to genuinely listen to your requirements, then provide you with stunningly presented gifts that get remembered.
Continuing success
The success of gifts2remember is largely due to word of mouth referrals and repeat business through offering extensive product knowledge, a wide range of high quality products that aren’t found everywhere combined with outstanding customer service. By keeping to these principles, my business is growing steadily both through the retail store and this secure on-line ordering website.
Community involvement
